Aliens. I harbored a deep dislike for them. The relentless images of Nephilim hybrids crashing to the ground, their blood and gore splattering everywhere, etched into my mind. Zerus’s menacing threat to conquer the earth had haunted me nonstop since I woke up from snoozing. Why did unspecified golden Nephilim appear human, and others were scalier and more reptilian, akin to Zerus? His claim that I could repair his broken hologram bracelet left me baffled and panicky.
What if I can’t fix the bracelet? My mind is buzzing with betrayal. Once I had glimpsed into another realm of the Nephilim and comprehended their sinister intention, my innate ethereal abilities tormented me with a deep-seated fear.

In a world where the unknown is constantly suppressed, we navigate our daily lives surrounded by danger and treachery that threaten our existence. Carmen, the heroine of Perfidy, is forced to confront a fierce challenge to demonstrate her strength as an engineer and to prove her courage as an individual. This scripture underscores the importance of placing our faith in the LORD. Now, Carmen’s trust in Jesus Christ as the Messiah comes to the forefront. Her journey hinges on whether she will choose to believe in Him wholeheartedly or not—faith is not a matter of grey areas; it is a definitive decision that shapes her life and destiny.
